Full Ice Mites - TSMHL
The Tri-State Mite Hockey League is a supplemental Full-Ice Mite League designed to help players get acclimated to full-ice hockey. This program ideal for players in their last year of Mites. Teams are selected by the coaching staff and players do not need to be full-time Saugus Lynnfield Youth Hockey players.
Ages
This program is for 8U players in their final season of Mites or who have played two seasons of half-ice Mites.
When
The season runs from early December to March.
Where
Games are held in various VHL rinks as scheduled by the TSMHL.
Practices
This is a supplemental, game-only team with no formal practice schedule. Teams may schedule an occasional practice.
Games
Teams will play 15-18 games, including playoffs, starting in early December and running through March. Games will be scheduled to not conflict with VHL games.
Jerseys
Players will wear their North Shore Stars game jerseys.
Costs
The overall cost will depend on team size each season. The cost for teams is $315/game plus an additional $250-300 per team for coach and player insurance.
