Dear Friends of Lynnfield Youth Hockey

We are all very excited about another successful hockey season!!  As you may know, the 2010/2011 Lynnfield Youth Hockey season is well underway, all is going great and the children are simply having a ball! 

For our returning sponsors, we would like to extend our sincerest gratitude to those of you who made such generous donations in the past.  This has enabled our program to proudly sport our much needed new uniforms, secure additional ice sheets, and add benefits, such as off ice training sessions to all of our children.

Currently, we are accepting donations to our program for the current season which runs right through April 2011!!

There are several ways you're able to show your support!! 

1. Advertising within our website www.lynnfieldyouthhockey.com.

• • Purchase a Page Banner Ad !
  • Become a listed sponsor on www.lynnfieldyouthhockey.com !

 (Our website is the main portal where parents and townspeople alike go for information on Lynnfield Youth Hockey such as scheduling, try-out information, social gatherings and much, much more.   Also, our website provides a great opportunity to reach out to any of our associated board members,  any company or person affiliated with the Lynnfield community. During the past year, our website has been visited over 300,000 times)  

2. Purchase advertising space within our annual WINTERFEST catalogue!

 (On January 30^th LYH will host our 25^th Annual WINTERFEST.  This is an event that is open to all and a great way for our supporters to gather for a fun night out together outside of the rinks!  A program will be created for the event recognizing all of our teams and community sponsors and will be distributed to all upon entry & given as a keepsake) 

3. Become an Independent Sponsor by sponsoring a Lynnfield Youth Hockey Player or Team!

    

We are offering three levels of sponsorship:

GOAL LINE SPONSORS – Individuals or companies donating $500 (or more). This level will be guaranteed a FULL PAGE ad in our 24^th Annual Winterfest event to be held in January 2011 place and date to be decided.  Goal Line sponsors will also receive a full year of website advertising on www.Lynnfieldyouthhockey.com, on our header section. This section is displayed throughout our website. A link from our website to your business website will also be provided as well as a full summary of your company offerings in our Sponsors section.The Goal Line sponsoship also qualifies for an Authentic Lynnfield Youth Hockey Coaches Jacket.

Center Ice Sponsors - Individuals or companies donating $250. This level will be guaranteed a HALF PAGE ad in our 24th Annual Winterfest event held in the winter 2011. Center Ice sponsors will also receive a year of website advertising on www.Lynnfieldyouthhockey.com. A link from our website to your business website will also be provided as well as a full summary of your company offerings in our Sponsors section. 

Blue Line Sponsor - Individuals or companies donating $100 (or more). This level will be guaranteed a quarter-page ad in our 24th Annual Winterfest event in the winter of 2011. Blue Line sponsors will also receive recognition on our website under our sponsors section on the right navigation bar.

We are also asking for donations of any items for our silent auction table for our Winterfest event. Please remember that items for this important event do not need to be sports related.
