Katie is in his her third year as Goalie Instructor with the North Shore Stars. A 2018 graduate of Boston College, Coach Katie was a 4-year starter in goal for the Eagles leading them to the NCAA Division I tournament each year along with two Frozen Fours. She holds the NCAA record for career wins by a goalie with 121 and is fifth in career shutouts with 35.
The past two seasons, Katie has coached with the North American Hockey Academy in Wellesley as their Head Goalie Coach. She currently is the Director at Stop It Goaltending school. Katie is a professional player with the PWHPA and Team USA, and has the distinction of being the #1 overall draft pick in the 2017 NWHL draft by the Boston Pride.
Katie played youth hockey on the North Shore and attended Buckingham, Browne & Nichols (BB&N) for three years where she led the Varsity girl's ice hockey program to their first New England tournament in 16 years.
