Tony Mastrocola

HEAD COACH

Tony returns for his third season of coaching with the North Shore Stars, this season as Head Coach of our Pee Wee 1 team.  Coach Tony grew up in Everett, and has played and coached hockey for many years, while also coaching youth baseball and soccer.

Last season he led our Squirt 2 team in the Squirt West A division of the Valley Hockey League.  The team finished 7-3 in their last 10 games before the season was cut short due to COVID-19.  Previous to that, he was Head Coach of Squirt 2 team in the 2018-19 season.

Tony currently resides in Saugus with his wife and son, current Stars player, Joey.

 

Tom Minniear

ASSOCIATE HEAD COACH

Tom returns for his second season of coaching with the North Shore Stars, this season as Assistant Coach with our Pee Wee 1 team.  Coach Tom grew up in Saugus and attend North Shore Vocational High School. He previously coached with the Boston Jr. Blackhawks youth program.  

Last season, he was an Assistant Coach with our Squirt 2 team in the Squirt West A division of the Valley Hockey League.  The team finished 7-3 in their last 10 games before the season was cut short due to COVID-19. 

Tom currently resides in Saugus with his wife and son, current Stars player, Chase.  He is President of Minniear Electric in Melrose. 

 

 

Adrieana Rossini

ASSISTANT COACH

Adrieana is in her first season coaching with the North Shore Stars as an Assistant Coach with our Pee Wee team. Coach Adrieana is a 2019 graduate of Norwich University, where she played Varsity Women's Ice Hockey for three years, after transferring from Northeastern University. At Norwich, she helped the Cadets to three NCAA Division III tournament appearances, capturing a National Championship in the 2017-18 season. She finished her career with 106 points in only 91 games, and was a two-time NEHC All-Conference selection.  

Adrieana grew up in Malden and attended Arlington Catholic High School where she was a three-time All-Scholastic selection by the Boston Globe and Boston Herald. At AC, she won two CCL titles along with a state championship.
